SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Our candles and fragrance products are handmade in small batches. Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website. Quantities may be limited and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We make every effort to display product images accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors precisely.
We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person or region, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 6 – HANDMADE PRODUCTS & VARIATIONS

All Jha jhoo products are individually hand-poured and finished. As they are not produced by automated machinery, natural variations are to be expected. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Weight Variations: Stated product weights (e.g., 350g) are approximate. Due to the handmade process, some products may weigh slightly less or more (for example, 349g, 352g). This variance does not affect burn performance or quality.

  • Appearance: Wax may display natural characteristics such as frosting, small air bubbles, uneven texture, or minor colour differences between batches. These do not impact product function.

  • Fragrance & Scent Throw: As batches are blended and cured by hand, the intensity and nuance of fragrance may differ slightly between products or from previous orders.

  • Wick Positioning: Small variations in wick placement may occur. This is normal in hand-finished products and does not prevent safe use when following care instructions.

  • Packaging & Labels: Packaging, jar styles, and labels may change over time due to supplier availability or design updates. These changes do not alter product integrity.

  • Formula & Methods: Jha jhoo reserves the right to update, adjust, or reformulate product recipes, ingredients, wax blends, fragrance blends, colourants, or production methods at any time. These changes are part of our continuous improvement process and do not constitute grounds for refund or exchange.

These characteristics are inherent to handmade goods and form part of their unique appeal. They are not considered defects.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or phone provided at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You must promptly update details (such as email, payment method, and shipping address) to complete transactions.
